I remember a few years ago there was a site, where you could create a free account, you would select how many links you wanted to post on your site, and they would send you a HTML code that you would put on your website. After that, you would receive links to your site on other websites, that would rotate after a period of time. And I remember it was a 1:1 ratio, if you put 10 links on your site, you would have 10 websites linking to your site. Is there any program like this nowadays?
