Are there any affiliate tracking services around?

Im planning to start my mini website with online marketing. are there any good FREE ones out there to shorten the URL and 2 tier tracking? Or at least any good ones that don't charge much?

 

You just need to purchade a domain, and search to find a free host. Then you can start.
