Are there any ad networks or affiliate programs that pay strictly on the ad impressions rather than on clicks and conversion? I don't make any money from these ad networks that need conversions or sales.
I'm not working with any of these networks but hopefully others will be able to recomend some that pay on a CPM basis. You can get paid for impressions the only difficulty is that without a lot of traffic, the earnings might be very low. I believe being paid on a per impression basis required A LOT of traffic that might convert better with a traditional lead or sale based program in the first place. It's possible your current affiliate ads just aren't targeted enough or that you might have better luck with another network or advertising campaign. Hope this helps... Best & Take Care!
I take it you are looking for these sorts of CPM Affiliate Programs / Networks? So yes there are programs that pay you on a cpm basis rather than a click or sale, but as mentioned above, sometimes you can earn more from the programs that pay per click, sale, etc. But as usual, I guess you have not tested in cpm programs so you will not know how well they will do on your site for you until you try a few.
