    The adds on the site are fine but the design of the web site is very poor so you may not get adds that give you a lot for one click

    Haha, good old high paying keyword.

    Tbh the only way you can profit from a mesothelioma niche website is if you have Adsense running, because Google actually have the technology to display the high paying ads related to the content...

    As for your site, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.. No offense

    more work needs to be done with making the rest of the site look appealing and then focus on the ads.
