Are the Ad placement Alright or against rules

Can you please check on the advertisement placement and tell me if they are alright or I am going against the Adsense Rules.

Please need your response urgently. If they are not alright I want to make necessery changes.

If the ads were EXACTLY the same colour as the text on the left side, they would get lots of clicks, with high traffic. I dont think its wrong, but it looks like a made for adsense site from their view,

But is this against the rules of Adsense?? I have Added a header to All the Ads. Do you think I will get ban for the design from Adsense?

ads are really poor i only checked http://www.eeefiles.com/ and you have to change many things add units between the text, add vertical banners, make them blend, i usually design a header that has a little space for ads so people think they are part of the site, i use 480*15 ad links
