are template monster templates copyrighted?

    hi

    I've just come across an archive of over 1400 template monster theyre exactly the same as template monster template with few minor differences, so wanted to know if template monster templates were copyrighted or would i be able to sel this as a package on the forum?

    Yes , They Are Copyrighted And You Are not allowed to sell them . You might get banned for selling template monster its illegal stuff brother .. =)

    hi these are not template monster templates exactly they are rips, their are quiet a few of these lying around on different sites.

    It's illegal - and all templates are automatically copyrighted upon creation.

    Even if you found templates that were not "rips" you would need permission to use or redistribute them. If you didn't create it, you need permission - and it must be from the copyright holder i.e. if you buy a package on some forum from some poster that tells you he has resell rights, and he doesn't, you are still liable.
