Are tableless web sites created with CSS bad?

My web site have been created with CSS - tableless.

Checking today some online tools, I made an SEO Test, and here are the results: http://optimiser.123promotion.co.uk/index.php?phrase=&url=http://www.webnauts.net

It is about my code here:

<h1 id="Accessibility-SEO-Usability-Testing-Consulting-Design-Training">Web Site Accessibility, Search Engine Optimization &amp; Usability Company</h1>
    Code (markup):
It reported that H1 Tag is not used or not in 'clean' format (ie < H1 >). It is very important to do so.

What do you think about that? OK, that my page is a bit too long I am aware of that. I am working on that.

Is it true that my headers or bad?

The use of h1 is correct - the only funny thing is the keyword stuffing in the id-tag. But that should be no problem for google.

The <h1> thing is stupid, and so is this one:
    WTF?

    I wouldn't trust that tool.

I would call it keyword stuffing, and I really have to wonder if it will have any effect on the search engines. Is it worth the extra time to program class and id's that are so long, when simple easy to use class and id names are much easier to program with. I mean at least cut it down to one word.

Tool? Every programer can set up a tool. There are 100s of tools. I cannot trust every programer with a tool. IMO tools are meant to extract data/information, put it in a table/graphic, and let you make the analysis yourself. Tools are useful, but to optimize your site according to some tool opinion. Come on this is not serious, right?
Would you put your money on a NASDAQ analysis tool opinion???
I don't say this exact tool is usful or not. But it's just the opinion of the programer about your site.

i know the designer of this tool, james from 123promotions. he is great seo man and has made lots of money from being an seo from some very famous companies, so he knows what he is talking i think :)

i know that he would say its just his opinion (the tool) - no one should get angry or happy about results for their sites...

however, they should maybe try a few different tools like this one and see if a common theme occurs.

i think however that h1 tag should just be simple like tool said - no font tags etc - it as worked for me doing this :)
