I would like to put a note on my web site that says, "If you want something from me for free, something that I have put time, money and energy into, then the least you can do is give me something in return. And I don't mean just your email and name, but an assurance that you will not decide to call me a spammer becuse 'today' you have a wild pubic hair up your a$%!" What's got me is that due to 1-2% of people out there that create this spamming hysteria, it has now become 'guilty until proven innocent'. But what's worse is that these self proclaimed 'watchdogs' that seem to be generating spam records just to convince everyone else their stopping spam, are getting ever closer to the point now where they will charge a fee for a removal request. Just like the Mafia....we'll be paying protection money!
i don't really agree to your ponit, the watch dogs actually help you remain safe from the spams etc, which is very much required. mafia is one who charges for not bringing harm by themselves, but these helps to fight spam that they are not responcible for!
