Are same type keywords allowed?

    Hi,
    I have a simple question about SEO. If I use same type keywords more than once(like web design, web graphics - here the word 'web' is used two times), will it help & harm for SEO. Please suggest.

    You cant use one keyword in meta for more than 2-3 times i think , it will count as spam.

    nope it will not harm.. as long as you don't do it in a spammy way.. something like... web web web and so on, and so on..

    Links with: different anchor keyword give traffic, one keyword give better position ++ important: links should look natural!
