    There are software programs out there that allow you to search for expired domain names with PR ranking. That's one way to acquire them

    Yes they are very easy to find, to answer your question, bit naturally they are not the norm when it comes to the for sale forum as they have value to the owner.

    Every day in the afternoon (EST) expired domains become free. Basically you put in saying you want it and then if you are going with sites with high PR it will more than likely go to an auction.

    The auction will last a few days and PR6+ sites normally go for $500+

    But those are expired domains, not live ones with legitimate pagerank. I meant a place to find domain names for sale by owner with pr.
