Popunders from w3exit are ok, saw a slight increase in traffic. Used to like exit exchange. Lately, they've been displaying cheap dating ads - ughh...

It is not really difficult to do this. French webmasters are absolute kings in this domain. The real question is whether popups are still good for a website or not.

They are good for passing spyware and viruses, not that I have ever tried it or anything. ;)

Yeah ... you are right Web Gazelle except that I have no intention in doing this. I just wanted to get some extra income from my website traffic.

:p As visitor I would not agree with that, but as a webmaster I have to agree with you.
One pop-up doesn't hurt that much and besides that, our visitors could really use the information we send them throught that tiny pop-up. :D

All it takes is one pop-up to get me ticked. I hate em and I often close them before they can open. If my blocker doesn't get them first.

I personally don't see any future for flash websites ... maybe when all of us will have a full 10 MB Internet connection. Also, we should take the SEO part into consideration which is almost inexistent when we are working with flash.

Flash sites are everywhere. A lot of them don't care about SEO. Do you think Disney needs SEO? I think they have a wicked awesome site. Flash is going to be here for a long time.
