Are Popovers Allowed According to Google AdSense Policy?

    Are the new fade in popovers utilised by many of the bigger IM bloggers like Shoemoney, John Chow, etc allowed according to Google AdSense's program policy?

    Would these popovers be considered to be interfering with navigation?
