i am registered to a few social networking sites and gained a few friends on them but one thing im concerned about is their identity. do people on the internet look real like internet celebrities or your social networking mates? asking them to come and see you in person might do the trick but thinking about their reality if they are who they really think they are but saying to them are you real might just get them annoyed and they might ignore you. have you met someone on the internet before? according to their photos and identity, did they look realistic or were they younger then their photos?
to be honest, people in social networking sites look fake from there photos to the things which they share with us. it is quite hard to trust people on social networking sites.
I believe that it is rare that the person you see is really who it is, the bad part is theres no way to know for sure.
Yep, they are fake because internet allows them only to show one part of themselves that they want to or like.
People who make accounts on social networking sites are real people..only their profile accounts may be fake...its usually for safety measures that these people do such things..
People have lately become confident of revealing their true identity on these sites as they seem to have become comfortable doing so or are simply too naive to realize the folly... though there are still scores of people who treat them as highly unsecure place... just like me! Regards, RightMan
i disagree i think most people are real i was reading a stat one time it said for all google internet searches 33% of them were single. I think where new dating websites or social networks get in trouble is they try to build up thier database too fast and thus use old profiles from a old dating website Because they want to charge. Now sad thing is people pay for it look at match 30 per month for a profile thats rediculas but then again thier making 500 million a year lol
