Are No follow Links same as do follow links nowadays?

    Hi guys,hope you all are doing well.I am bit confused over do follow and no follow comments.GWT is showing do follow links as well as no follow linksPreviously only few no follow links were visible in GWT but nowadays i am able to see so many and this is confusing me.Is Google passing same value of no follow links as of do follow links?

    No, no follow links works but with very small effect. They can't work as do follow (and will never work same), because there are a lot of "no follow" spam.
    No-follow links are monitored by google and can improve ranking only for non competitive keywords without significant traffic. Also these links will improve page indexation speed.
    But do not expect real results on keywords with traffic - millions of such nofollow links will not help.

    Google spiders crawl nofollow links, so the nofollow links are counted as backlinks. But obviously dofollow backlinks are much important than nofollow links.

    Not sure what you mean by "nowadays". The aren't the same, have never been the same and - by definition - cannot be the same.

    they are opposite, no follow means it doesn't followed at all and do follow is the opposite, so choose do follow links in doing linking.

    Many SEO Experts would say that nofollow links pass a little bit of weight on the anchor text but there is general consensus that no link juice, or negligible link juice is passed in nofollow. This is for the G Monster... Yahoo and others may not use the nofollow tag at all.

    No, they have a little bet difference since do follow are weighed more for Google though no follow links are still consider as backlink but it less effective than do follow.

    dofollow backlinks have much more importance against nofollow, so we should try to get backlinks from dofollow and make our blog or site same as dofollow.

    even no follow has some value u can expect traffic from that site it will create some value but not as much as do follow will because do follow means it indicates search engine crawlers to follow their websites

    Dofollow links are always more valuable than nofollow links. Nofollow links get a very little value from Google as compared to dofollow links. Nofollow links on high quality pages are somewhat considered by Google.
