Are My Stats Bad?

Do you think that my earnings every day are bad compared to my impressions every day, I have a feeling they are.

They don't look that bad to me. What's your eCPM like? If its high, then that'll determine why you're not making much. If it's low, then that's why you're not making much.

 

Whats THAT supposed to mean. You trying to say if the eCPM is high or low, its still why your not making much? confusing if you ask me. now to get back on point.

this means your getting around 1 dollar for 1k page impressions. whats your niche? thats what we need to determine if you under or over performing

 

My eCPM is around $1, I can't post exactly because it is against Google's ToS, is around $1 eCPM bad? The stats are for www.computalk.net so it is just general computer niche, most of my ads are for domains, hosting etc.

 

The eCPM is $1.07 - makes me laugh that you cant post what it is but if you have the impressions and earnings its easy to work out.

Anyway - your eCPM is slighly higher than mine so I would gladly swap you

 

That's pretty good. More traffic + quality clicks + cTR = more revenue. You're in a good niche with high advertisers, so don't worry.

Thanks, it just that even with 20k impressions per day I have an incredibly low CTR. I have seen other's CTR and they have much higher, some have around 5% but mine has only been over 1% once.

 

$1 eCPM?? :0

And still you feel that haven't made enough?

From my experience ,the best eCPM that I generally get with Adsense over a period of time is $0.70.And that too comes is pretty rare actually.

The best way to improve CTR is by using link units.Anything over 1% is a good click through rate,imo.

I earn over double this now, the eCPM is slightly less but I get three times as many visits.

I would also look at some CPM ads if you don't allready have them.

 

It looks quite reasonable to me.

 

I remember the days when that was all I got in a week, now its normally around 50 bucks a week

Those are pretty nice stats, at least better than what I make. I would be happy with those. More link adds would probably help it even more.

 

thats around what my stats read as well...........I thought I was doing poorly, but maybe not????
