Are my impressions breaking Google's TOS?

You may have answered to this a number of times before, but I am too confused to make up my mind; are my impressions (several per day) against Google's terms? As webmaster of my site I occassionally test and implement minor layout changes directly on my remote server, live. I read this:
If yes, is there a way to tell Google to exclude my IP address from their adsense records?
    Thank you.

Webmaster paranoia seriously makes me laugh.

IF you're visiting your own website a few times a day don't worry. Sheesh even if it's a few hundred per day.

If you're really that paranoid then use php/asp to remove the ads if the ip address is your own.

As long as you don't click on your ads you will be OK
