Your feeling on that is rather correct. What's potentially concerning, though, is if the domain infringes the holder's trademark right. There's a bunch around here on domain-trademark disputes. Feel free to read through some as I'm rather lazy pointing out what's been pointed out gazillion times. Maybe...except if you're intending to make money off of someone else's work by leading people to think you're either the mark holder or endorsed by them. That's one thing trademark holders don't exactly approve of. Review sites are rather sticky. Some have been rendered "okay" by the mark holder, others weren't so lucky. IMHO it depends who you're dealing with. Hopefully it's one who isn't so-called unreasonable, yet might have the so-called law on their side.
