Are my Adsense placements bad?

Some people are telling me that my Adsense placements on SiteStartups.com are good but I don't seem to be generating a lot of clicks.

 

I would recommend you to place a skyscraper on the right side instead of that 250*350 ad. it's more visible than that.
Also put adsense inside your post. a 250*350 in the left top of your posts. that should work great.

 

you could use the Ad links below the top navigation tabs and also put a 300*250 ad inside the posts instead of the right sidebar ad block.
Also you can put an ad block below the comment button on the post page...

 

IMHO you need a 468x60 unit below:

Put one skyscraper on your sitewide. Other than that is great enough.
You just need to get more traffic

 

The problem is traffic, 1,008,611 in Alexa. That pretty much means a few impressions a day, probably from yourself.

Generate more traffic.

 

^^ yup traffic is key.. everything else comes later...

 

I agree with the lads, I think you're placement is quiet good although I would agree with perhaps another horizontal ad above you're content

 

I don't see anything wrong with your placement. The ads seem to be at good position and even the colors are well blend in.
