Are my 90,000 links to a 3 month old site considered some sort of spam by Google?

That's 30,000 links per month and for a new site I wouldn't be surprised if Google flagged it. Links have to be gradual and from a range of PR sites. Personally I would try and rectify. Revisit good websites and get some good links, BUT GRADUAL. To give you an idea, I started in this game 3 years ago (2007) and I still run the same 3 websites I started out with. Initally I went and get every single link possible and what happened to you did to me. So I looked and retifiying what I was doing wrong and now I create about 50 links to each site every day. That's all. Aiming for 1,000 per month, roughly.

I'm guessing by having 90,000 in 3 months that you paid for them also?? Google hates paid links.
