Are mp3 site is okay for adsense TOS?

    i have mp3 blog that served google adsense ads...are it okay?the blog is provided latest mp3 download but it put disclaimer in my blog like this

    For those who have download mp3 file from my site, don't forget to delete that particular file within 24 hour from your computer or pendrive, If you are tend to keep that file i will not responsible of any of your illigal sharing or public commercial.​

    MP3 in this blog just my collection. MP3 files are posted for evaluation purposes only. Music downloads are intended to acquaint you with their music, not as a substitute for sales. Please support these artists by purchasing their ORIGINAL CDs. We prevent people to buy any original cds but the most importantly is with this download available people can avoid any disappointment before buying an album.

    so are my mp3 blog is still not against google adsense tos?

    Are you sure you are allowed to evaluate copyright files for 24 hours? Sounds like a myth to me.

    That is a myth. It just doesn't work that way. What you are doing is not legal and will get you booted from adsense if they do a check in.

    yeah,disclaimers wont hold water with ad companies,your host,and among other things.

    is it in small writing at the end of the DMCA that states,none of this applies if you tell people to delete it in 24 hours? :D
