Are Mini Sites profitable?

    Hi people, I would like to know if i build a Mini Site template with a good AdSense placement will work and it will be legal.

    This Mini Site will be about certain Niches, most of the content will be Videos from different Online Streaming Sites (YouTube, Metacafe, MySpace Videos, etc)

    I would develope a Blogger template made to increase the AdSense revenue and of course, publish videos and other content.

    Should I also sell the template? For how much?
