Are .me domains bad?

I have a site on a .me domain. If I am going now and add a new post to a .com, to a .eu and to a .me, the .me will be indexed long after the rest of them. I got my new posts indexed by google in a few minutes, except the one posted on my .me domain. I have seen this a lot of times.

I have added a new post to the .me and after a week it wasn't indexed by google. I managed to index it only when I linked to it from a few other sites.

Is that site marked as "bad" by google or .me sux?

The site is clean, has original content, etc, so I can`t see why it would be marked as "bad"..

    Any idea?

I would assume by your post count and sig that you know how to get your site indexed daily such as the ping's, new content, and backlinks. I too have wondered. It seems like .info's and .co.cc's have a sort of penalty so I've been hesitant to get anything but .com's .net's and .org's. Are your sites the same age? Do the have the same levels of backlinks to the home page? Maybe your sites aren't comparable in more factors than just domain extension.

Of course they're not bad. But they are not the best choice if you want to rank high in Google.com.
Local domains are only good for local search in my opinion. You will need an extraordinary website in order to make them rank in Google.com :)

no there are not bad. .me extension is basically for personal sites (its me we are talking about...). if you cannot get your desired keyword rich domain, then use whatever extension available out there and having the keyword in the domain is VERY important.

it is not bad, but not good enough to be a competition with other domain that use (.com .org .net) in google even in other search engine, let we take same sample, which one is good (yourdomain.com /yourdomain.me)? which one will be rank well in search engine or google, I know there is many factor to be rank but for the name it self, .com is more impressive than .me

It has been around for a long time and net surfers are more likely to type .com in front of your domain name, if they do not remember your extension. So you might end up with free traffic on your site just because of the domain extension .com.

There could definitely be other factors as to why your .me domain is indexed later. It really depends on what you want to use it for. However .me domains might not look as trustworthy to users, who knows though?
