    All backlinks without nofollow tag are ok. But links from PR0 backlinks worth less than links from PR1 and above pages.

    Pr 0 sites/pages are not worthless, they are just worth less than higher pr pages (unless the higher pr page place nofollow on extenal links)

    Backlinks from pr0 sites does not mean that it is also worthless. They still counted as backlinks. It can still help your site.

    is your site is new, and looking for a PR..then PR0 dir is also usefull for you...
