Are job openings copyrighted?

    I don't think it would really fall under fair use if you post the whole thing... if you just use links and excerpts... then I bet that would be legal... I am not a lawyer... but my understanding of fair use is that total republication would not be alright... but consult if a copyright lawyer or do it at your own risk if you feel/think it is alright.     well it depends on the source. If the site owner classified their job posting as copyright information than its illegal to repost, other wise its ok.
    what if someone copy info from job portal? is it ok to u?
