on a serious note,
america and australia has outsourced most major industries to india and china. america is in trillion dollar debt with war in iraq and terrorism..becuase more overseas workers are taking our jobs it means in the event of a recession..we will have less skilled workers to bring the economy back in line quickly.
with no skilled workers during a recession or depression..means india and china will own america.(possibly australia depending on what the PM does,the reserve bank and inflation)

I understand Indian English very well but it is very hard for me to Understand African English..

 

Not to be like mean or something, but it's because it's cheap labor. Many indian people are willing to work hard, and work good for cheap, so why wouldn't people go with them? Cost of living is miniscule compared to places like South Florida, where I live, and so they can afford to work for cheaper, and as a result, they get more and more business. Pretty simple really.

A few years back in early 80's Goods from Japanese used to be considered Cheap. However, everyone used to buy it coz it was cheap and was fun for a while but no one used to buy again coz they used the label Cheap too many times IMO in US. Look at their economy now Crashing but Quality of Electronics Gadgets is increasing exponentially.

These days, goods from India are considered Cheap. I suggest them'll not to use the work CHEAP. But rather stress on QUALITY and Increase prices as people still (most people i know do) something that is cheap is worth buying only once and only for kids and not again. I do believe i get Quality work done at times from my Indian outsourcing partners but when i don't get satisfactory result i'm made to believe that i should used a costly option.

The "hard working" nature of the Indians made them outstanding in the "software" field. Added with that is the language - English! Then it is no wonder that none of the MNCs are without the ubiquitous Indians. There is a word of caution, though. China is building up its English resources. Another giant competitor in the making?

 

Oh well as long as Indians buy my services I'm happy
