Are Indians allowed to be ebay Afiliates?

    Hi,

    I would like to setup a BANS site (build a niche store) where I am thinking of using ebay as an afiliate,I heard that it is difficult for an Indian to get approved as an ebay afiliate...so wat do I do,Should I first setup the site and apply for it...Tips from Big shots are welcome :)
