Are Hypens completely useless in a domain name if you are hoping to sell it

    I have the domain name Tv-in3d.com I thought it would be worth something but i guess not are hypened domain names ever gonna be worth 1 or 2 hundred dollars?

    Usually they are considered less valuable, but a lot would depend on what it was, I don't think you are going to be able to retire selling this one, if you are interested in setting up a site for 3d tvs send me a PM. :)

    Develop it if no one wants it. Many people are unjustly biased towards hyphens.
    In my experience they help with ranking for keywords in the domain.
    The hyphen tells the search engine "Hey, this is probably a separate word"

    i find out that lot of people using hypen on create a email address but not in domain name. Because using a hypen in domain name will cause Google Interpreted the keywords wrongly for some of it.
    Because of hypen you may need to do more SEO on keyword to bring it back .
