Let's say you have to have the following in your title

    Joe's Sport Blog

    and it shows up as

Joe&#039 ;s Sport Blog (had to put a space before the semicolon so it would show up)

    is that okay?

This may happen for quotes, double quotes or any other wierd characters, but will Google like them or understand them?
