A forum that is all about hacking. Such as malvager.com Tell me everything you know about this kind of stuff. Is this site legal? It has tutorials on making keyloggers, viruses, RATs, botnets. Also has tutorials on spreading, and more. Please tell me if this is legal or not and the penalties.

Note: This is not my site.

In the US it's legal, as far as I understand. Not sure about other countries...

Yes it is legal in the US. There is nothing against the law that says you can't provide information. Hence the Anarchists Cookbook, etc.

It's actually doing the acts that will get you in trouble. And you will face 5-10 years for each incident.

If you want more certainty that you won't get prosecuted then having your site hosted in a country where they don't give much about laws would be best.

It's legal as long as you post somewhere that all of the posts on the site are for educational purposes only. Like I own hackforums.nl - It's somewhere on the forum eventho you can't rly see it :p
