I've noticed some services guaratee acceptance of directory submissions. I guess this is through reciprocal agreement or their ownership of a directory network. Is using such a service a good idea? They advertise that the directories do have different IP addresses, but I'm concerned that these are actually bad links/link farms that could lead to penalization by Google. Does anybody have experience with these services? Thanks David
Most of the new directories will accept websites directly. So, may be the service guys taking advantage of this.
If 1000 backlinks will pop up tommorow with same title from 2 ip's you can be sure you wasted your money. If they show up slowly and with some variation in title you will be quite pleased. Depends on the service terms, if they dump your link in 1000 directories on the same ip = wasted money
I agree with EvrRo... You need temporal consistency. If you are not familiar with this concept, watch Rand's videos on the topic. Also - In addition to getting them all at once from the same IP's, they will have 0 weight because they are, themselves, junk... It's fine to do these, they won't hurt. But the issue is that they won't really help that much either.
ive never used one of those services. i am too worried they will dump my site on a link farm or some casino garbage that will result in Google penalties
