I have a blog regarding "green living tips" with adsense. Normaly it has 40 average page views per day. But CTR is very low (0.20% - 0.50%). Therefore it is not earning even 1$ per day. Is it wrong with ad placement. Please review my blog and tell me the reason. My blog is http://greensymbol.info/
i see your blog is great and your ads placements and colors is ok simply you need to drive more traffic to it to make money if you unsure there are a lot of difficult traffic generation methods out there for free you can do search but if you need to know the fastest and easiest traffic generation methods you need to buy it because no one can explain the details on a thread for free if you're interesting, i was explained everything in my latest report, i made a limited time offer to get all the traffic you want for free check my thread here to your success, Ayman X
I'll suggest you to use 5 links units 728 X 15 horizontal row at top. try at least once. hope this will work...
your blog is nice and your ads placements is correct and colors is also perfect . but about 40-50 visitor a day is poor . Try to increasing you traffic .
If you targeting keywords then you should buy some good backlinking service on targeted keyword. If you out of money then try building backlink your self. A link wheel is easy to create and still safe enough to get quick backlink. Also dofollow comments, guest posting give you more backlink. More backlink means better SERP. So, try it to get more traffic from search engine. We all know how valuable SERP traffic is for adsense!
Building backlink is allowed on any search engine, backlink is the only way to increase your SERP visibility. I ask you to buy backlink building service not subscribing link selling firm. They save your time when your site get good backlink. However, you should buy from someone who understand SEO, getting backlink from porn site or porn keyword won't take you anywhere, also building too many backlink(for example 1000s in a day) in very short phase also not recommended. Be consistent with your backlink building.
+1 on driving traffic to it. Adsense not only rely on ads positioning but as well as with site's traffic.
I checked your blog, the template is cool and ads placement is fine.I would like to know what is average CPC
Surprisingly this blog looks nice, unlike all the other crap that's been posted. But how much are you expecting from 40 page views? That's not even necessary 40 unique visits. Its not always ad placement, to me its traffic right now. Traffic has always been the key. If you have no body to click the ads, you are still not earning anything regardless if how well you place them.
This, exactly. There's nothing wrong with your blog. It does look very good and quite professional, and the ad placement is excellent. You're just not going to earn a whole lot from the amount of traffic you have. I think once your traffic increases you'll see an increase in CTR as well.
The adsense AD doesn't stand out on your website but a CTR around 0.50% with 40 page views per day is normal. You need more trafic a lot more. ;-)
Well when more than 1 people out of 10,000,000 will be looking online for green living tips maybe there will be more advertizer competition and so better CTR and CPC.. In the meantime.. Example, on a random article "Eco friendly travelling tips to reduce your carbon footprint" I get an ad for trading crude oil, wonderful.. Then the others are totally unrelated, even not ironically related as the first one. Yes I'm not in the US, but I don't think it will be a lot better for the visitors there.. You're somewhat lucky to have .5% CTR
Thanks all you reply to my thread. acording to your comments, the reason is traffic. So i need to start build traffic today onward. Thank you again.
not according to my comment.. but yes when search engine traffic increases, earnings increase. but how are you going to do if only very few people are searching for green tips?
just my opinion - the sq adsense in your main post, the link color isn't going to "induce" much clicks. too blended with the rest ... and dark color = normal text i like to stick with the tried and trusted, blue links
