Are Google stealers ?

That's just rubbish.. Google is not poor to steal other people's things.

 

No way google would steal a logo.
But there are two things Google can do to get it.
-Buy Guruji.com
-Invent a time machine and invent it before Guruji.com

 

The company who first stated using the logo are not the thieves in this case.

 

This is true, unless the logo copyright is done in black and white. In that case all colors are covered. The two designs are similar, but I don't see anyone spending the money to copyright a Favicon.
