Are free stumbles ok?

    Hi forum mods,

    I've seen all the stumble exchange threads in the freebies section getting locked and I was wondering if free stumbles are ok. You know, like: "todays my birthday, I'll stumble one site for free if I like it" or "free stumbles on my 1000th post for forum members, nothing in return".

    Please let me know,

    Makes me feel, its not allowed in BST or is Rob suggesting its not allowed at DP ?

    Edit: Rob has a date range specified for this !!!!
