I was just reading a report (published two years ago) that fake blog owners may soon face prosecution charges..... http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/article1361968.ece perhaps I am over-reacting.... but I am in the process of setting up a blog with glowing ratings and feel slightly worried now. Am I not allowed to do this? There are so many review sites out there (not impartial) Is there any way to protect myself? How could they prove it's a fake blog, even if I am promoting the product who's to say whether I am lying or not? (Yes, if I am benefiting then there is an incentive to lie but how can they prove that my reviews are misleading?)
