I'd be more focused on the quality of traffic that your Facebook links are bringing in. Are you getting quality traffic, clicks, conversions, etc.?

If you're focused on SEO though, create more quality backlinks on other sites and forums that get a lot of traffic and allow dofollow links for signatures, your posts, etc.

Well, all the outgoing links from Facebook are nofollow. That doesn't help in SEO anyway.
All you can do is promote your website in Facebook using the fan pages and get targeted traffic.

When I would Google the keywords of my domain, it used to be number one for that search. After I made a fan page named the same as that domain (http://facebook.com/pages/xxx-xxxx-com/xxxx), my domain got pushed to the number number two spot and my fanpage became number one. A similar thing happened when I posted links to my websites in other popular websites. In this situation, back links took traffic away from my website. lol.

Facebook will rank highly due to the authority the site holds. Same being if you created a wikipedia article on something.

There is evidence to suggest that FB shares contribute to rankings.
