are duplicate backlinks from blogposts good for improvement of PR?

    I just see many services here that offer xx to xxx blogposts.
    are duplicate backlinks from blogposts good for improvement of PR?

    I think a link on each post if that post is rated could help a little. If post is same topic as your site it should help.

    Mutiple links on same post would not help anymore than one link.

    i think google filters most of them because of duplicate content.

    blog posts on xxx blogs is totaly waste of money

    I think Google considers it duplicate too and might not count
