ARGHH, what a BIG mistake you just made, now all those directory links are classed as spam because they all have the same descriptions !, Yes Yahoo and MSN dont care about that but google does, UNIQUE descriptions = genuine vote for your website.

Repeat descriptions = link not counted as it has either been generated, automated or mass submitted and is therefore not a genuine vote !

For directories, can you submit more than one page of your site to them, or are you only allowed to submit the homepage?

    Thanks.

Let me Know which process you first use in SEO?
    It's SE and Directory Submissions,
Do you think with only website submission website gets PR?
Yes i have, 1 website PR 1 that's normal submissions, another website strong submission got PR 2, another website got 3 PR in just 3 months with very much powerful submissions and few article submissions.
Is Google My friend? find thousands of directories you can get better results.
You could easily do manually 300 submissions for a website in a day.

Is this true, so we must use a unique description for every single submission? What about the keywords if i'm targeting a specific word then i need to use that on as many submissions as possible?

Directory submissions is really part of the whole. Since we all know SEO is a process, it definitely has impact on the whole campaign you are working on.

I've submitted my sites to some directories few months ago but only one that give me a backlink. Most all of them approved and sent me email about this. I'm not sure this will help but I still submit to directories offered in forums.
