Are credit card withdrawals working with PayPal?

    Hey guys,

    Are CC withdrawals working with paypal after the recent changes? I am asking because since a few weeks ago I am not able to find the "Credit Card" option in "Withdraw" page of Paypal.

    I have a second question, I added my PAN number to my Paypal. What effects will it have? Will my earnings and spendings and withdrawals be monitored by Paypal or the Indian Govt?

    Currently its (cc withdrawal) not available for us (indian paypal uers).

    Still lots of confusion about Pan Card thingy in paypal.

    Adding PAN number is just providing facility to RBI to monitor our transaction... if at all it wishes to! Paypal has no business of keeping a check on our financial status... it is only Indian government who through RBI would be looking to collect data of various financial transactions... to determine the tax liability of all individuals.

    No for Indians CC option is not available but you can withdraw by check and bank account.

    Credit Card withdrawals are not working for Indians.
    You can withdraw the your PayPal money through Bank...
