    Hello!

I saw a lot offers about clone scripts, but are they legal? Or is there a problem with the copyright?

    Best regards

the best advice I can give you is:- don't go looking for legal advice on a free forum.

Having said that, it appears to depend on the jurisdiction, as far as I can tell. there are examples of software lawsuits where even the 'look and feel' has been the debating point, let alone bit of 'borrowed' source code...

If you mean by "clone scripts" if that is "copying of source code for a software" then the answer is usually "no". If you mean if you copy/use other peoples text - then usually the copyright expires after 75 to 90 years depending upon which country you are talking about. In USA it is normally about 90 years (You can check Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse as an example or Guttenberg project if it is text).
