Are class D ips good for SEO oriented websites

    I have hosting with hostgator, and want dedicated Ips for websites with SSL. but issue is they have only D Class iPs, is it good idea to have SEO oriented websites hosted on D Class ips

    Yes, that should be fine. Many webmasters use C and D class IP's for SEO purpose.

    Hosting multiple sites on the same D-Class is no good. You want to be on at least different C-Classes to have any real impact from an IP basis. To my knowledge..having 1 site on 192.100.100.101 and 192.100.100.102 is virtually the same thing. You NEED them to be at least different C-Classes like this: 192.100.100.101 and 192.100.101.101
