Do you think Chatbots are the future of websites? We are already using Artificial Intelligence in many places especially Chatbots like chatbots for business, chatbots for entertainment, Education, Events, Fashion, Finance, Food,
Games, Health, Machine Learning, News, Productivity, Science and what not. will they replace website?

Not the future of websites but they're a handy addition if used wisely.

No. Why would chatbots replace websites? Chatbots are dumb. Dumb as doornails (at least currently and for the foreseeable future) and calling it "AI" is... to me, it's a misnomer, and diluting the actual meaning of AI. It's not AI, it's just machine-learning based on clever algorithms. There is no real intelligence there, only complex abilities to assign values to different statements, and use the statements that best corresponds.

And no, it's not gonna replace websites. It might replace customer-service chats, helplines, ask/answer sites, and similar concepts, but with the current level of "intelligence", they can't even beat a five-year old in communication, which, to me, leaves them quite useless.
