Are .bz extensions (domains) good?

I am wondering if anyone can tell me from experience how a .bz domain works. Is it the same as any other? Do they require any special type of set up? Are they SEO worthy? :)

What do you mean by "SEO worthy"?

I mean is there any limitations for getting them ranked or gaining position in search terms?? In other words, are they worth buying?

Unless a TLD is country specific i.e. co.uk or .in it won't have any effects on SEO aspects.

Yeah, as said before if a domain isn't country specific it won't make a difference.
I'd suggest though that you get a .com or a .net/.org, since they're the most popular TLD's, and most people try .com when trying to remember a domain.
