    Neobux is a legitimate site, however there have been concerns about the legitimacy of buying their rented referrals. They definitely do payout.

    Yeah bux.to is the biggest scam and neobux is the biggest trusted PTC site. BTW if you don't know how to get direct referrals for your neobux just pm me. I'll tell you how :)
