    From my point of view...It is really good way to backlinks and traffic too. Commenting on Authority sites with dofollow Links is beneficial to helps to increase PR and online Reputation.

    it's a base for SEO
    you could detect a web page by a tool
    as a dofollow,you could see the hyperlink is blue,
    but the nofollow, you could see it's red
    just take time to study this ,you could see more
