Are blog comments good for backlinks

I have heard that they are mostly nofollow links. Is blog commenting still a good way to get backlinks?

 

Yeah they are backlinks but when the are free they are nearly always no follow or there are hundreds of post there before you.

Search engine also rate links at the bottom of the page less that ones at the top.

You can buy do follow comments on this forum. They are normally cheaper than standard links.

 

If you find a do-follow blog (like mine) you can get a good backlink. There are many softwares out there to help you find do-follow blogs. Just make sure you leave nice clean comments, so they won't get deleted.

 

It depends on whther nofollow blog or not!

It's a good source of one-way backlinks but it doesn't help your SERPs or PR if it's nofollow.

 

Make it simple, nofollow wouldnt helps on SEO. So, only dofollow blog commenting helps on SEO
