    Hello forumers.

Would like to have your views on domains that have PSP, xbox or iphone keywords in it, is it forbidden?

Will there be any trademark issue?

    Thanks in advance.

Not that I know of, it would be free advertising for them. Look at how many websites use PSP, Xbox, Iphone, etc in the domain.

Really? If that is the case, why Sony, Panasonic, etc don't allow us to use their name in the domain? That would be a free advertising for them too..;)

I would not touch domains like these with a 10 foot pole.

    These are definite TM issues.

Just because so many people infringes on a company's trademark doesn't make it right!

Unless you wan to have a potential lawsuit for TM, I wouldn't do it.

Definitely not worth it to register any of these types of domain names. Usually you will be left alone but if your site becomes very successful then they can yank the rug out from under you at any time.
