Just a quick question. I understand that commenting blogs that have the "top commentor" plugin activated are great for back links. I also understand that blogs that are "do follow" blogs are great for backlinks as well. Are all blogs with the top commentor activated "do follow" as well? If not how do you know of a blog is "do follow" I looked on the page source and with some of them I a can find "do follow" or 'no follow" but others I can't. Any help would be great. the fortune cookie guy www.tankinz.com
The lazy way, if you use Firefox, is to get any of the Firefox plugins that allow you to check if links are dofollow or not. SEO For Firefox and NoDoFollow are the 2 more known plugins that I've stumbled across. There are more out those are the best bets. Equally there are plugins for other Internet browsers as well though as I primarily use Firefox those are the ones I know off the top of my head.
Firefox is good. what i do is sek out blogs that i know are do follow. I have a list of 200 do follow blogs in my niche and I just rotate through that...
Not really, because there's still a lot of commentors who doesn't really care about author's link. Blog with a lot of comments could be a blog that worth to be followed.
I don't use firefox but I was able to find it in the source code. Just look next to the links and as long as they don't say "no follow" next to them I think we are good.
Not all of them are dofollow. In fact, I've posted on a number of blogs with the top commentator plugin that have changed from dofollow to nofollow. As suggested, the best bet is to use a firefox plugin that will let you know if they are or not.
There are Search Engines made specifically for Dofollow Blogs. To answer your question yes the Top Commentator Plugin is a dofollow widget.
