Are all support requests at adsense replied?

Do you think all support request are replied to. I am talking about support requests from those who already are members.

What do you think?

 

Yeah everyone are replied.. Till now each and every mail has been responded by adsense team till i got satisfied

 

Sometimes they don't.

In the past, I have had to send multiple emails to get a reply out of them.

It was about "Advertise on this site" not showing on my site. They did not reply the first time. The second time, they told me that it had been discontinued.

A few days later they officially declared it:

while i replied above 1-3 days - precisely it is rather 3-5 days. adsense support is slow and boring, replies as if support reads/understands only part of the mails - taking insufficient time to do a full job!

Google has by far exceeded the size it can handle in good quality. expansion and increase of profit seems to be much more important than grow within quality limits that can be handled safely to the satisfaction of all.

i feel it would be better the entire Google SHRINKS to a healthy size G had about 3 or so years ago.

 

All my queries have been answered by the adsense team in a span of 1 to 2 days.
