Are adwords credits available to Canadians?

    I saw adcenter's credits are only available south of the border. Is it the same for Google? Or can I get a 50$ credit as a Canadian.

    incidentally, has anyone tried running a campaign by buying up lots of credits for less than they're worth?

    I had no problem getting a USD $50 credit when I opened my CAD account a few months ago.
