Are adsense sites really that bad?

I really don't think so, as long as they provide some content. What do you think?

 

I think adsense sites are great. A large amount of my income comes from adsense, and I always try to load my sites with tons of rich content. Adsense is better than affiliate programs any day of the week.

 

I don't know if I would go that far..but it is definately better then the vast majority of other programs out there.

 

I agree with Tesla. I have made far more on adsense and YPN than I have made with affiliates such as Amazon and CJ. In fact, I have not netted one cent from either of the named affiliates.

i think adsense sites can be great for you and for the web. but i also see many every day that are just lazy, in fact pathetic and pointless.

surely the important thing is to build a useful, informative site and the adsense will form a natural, lucrative addition?

 

Nothing wrong with MFA sites. People who continually bash them on this forum should spend more time developing their sites.

When starting out I sent a site for review to the Adsense team. The bashers here would say it's Made For Adsense. But the Adsense support guy just asked me to add borders to all my ad units.
